Colin Biggers & Paisley has been at the centre of Dunstan de Souza’s professional career since he joined the legal practice as a graduate solicitor in 1985. He became a partner in 1993, practising primarily in property development, was managing partner from 2007 to 2017 and is now a senior partner in the property team.

Under Dunstan’s stewardship, Colin Biggers & Paisley has evolved into an elite legal practice, recognised for its top tier work, particularly in the specialisations of insurance, construction, property and commercial litigation. Over the past four years, Colin Biggers & Paisley's revenue growth has exceeded 40 per cent.
Dunstan has been responsible for the legal practice chalking up many ‘firsts’ in the legal sector. Colin Biggers & Paisley was the first Australian legal practice to open an office in the United Arab Emirates. Dunstan is a founding member of ADVOC Asia, an international network of respected law firms established to help clients respond to the opportunities presented by the rapidly growing Asia Pacific economies. He was ADVOC Asia's President from 2002-2014 and is currently a member of its International Executive.
