Patrick has been a member of the disputes and investigations team since 2022 and became a Senior Associate in 2024.  

Patrick has acted for clients across a wide range of industries, and in the public and private sectors. Patrick is skilled at navigating complex legal disputes and working closely with clients to identify effective strategies to reach the best resolution.

Patrick has acted in a broad range of disputes including misleading and deceptive conduct claims, contractual disputes, minority oppression proceedings, and property and leasing disputes. Patrick also has experience acting in urgent and time critical disputes (including obtaining and defending interlocutory injunctions, and freezing orders). 

Patrick has experience conducting and defending litigation in jurisdictions across Australia, and has particular experience in the Magistrates', County and Supreme Court of Victoria.

In addition, Patrick has insolvency and bankruptcy litigation experience, and he has acted for creditors and stakeholders in liquidations and bankruptcies.

Patrick has an accounting background, and extensive front-end general commercial experience, which compliment his broad litigation experience.  

Patrick has a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) from Monash University. He was admitted to the Supreme Court of Victoria in 2018 and is admitted to practice in the Federal Court of Australia and the High Court of Australia.
