Olivia Boyages is a senior associate in the insurance team.
Olivia's practice mostly consists of public liability, professional indemnity and property damage litigation. Olivia has defended various matters before the Local, District and Supreme Courts of NSW, and the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal. Olivia has also been involved in matters before the Supreme Court of Victoria and in NSW Coronial Inquests.
Olivia typically acts for insurers, strata corporations, host employers, construction contractors, private schools, landlords, sporting clubs, cleaning contractors, lawyers, architects, mortgage brokers, accountants and individuals in general liability and professional indemnity claims.
In addition to holding a Bachelor of Laws and Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice, Olivia holds a Bachelor of Arts with a major in French, and a minor in Spanish.
