Megan Dudley is a senior associate in the insurance team, and has over three years' experience in insurance and workplace litigation. Megan's work focuses on general liability personal injury and workers' compensation claims and she has acted for statutory insurers, national and Queensland based insurers.

Megan also works across special issues claims such as historical abuse and dust diseases. Megan has experience in managing litigated claims before the District and Supreme Courts of Queensland.

Megan has experience acting in a wide range of clients operating in various industries such as education, aged and disability care, retail, manufacturing, transport, logistics, labour hire, mining, construction, hospitality and not-for-profit services.

Megan's approach to working with clients is "hands on". Having a personal connection and rapport with clients is important to Megan as it helps to negotiate better outcomes.

Megan holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) / Bachelor of Media and Communication and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice. She was admitted to practice in Supreme Court of Queensland in 2018 and High Court of Australia in 2020

Outside of Colin Biggers & Paisley, Megan has a passion for travel and enjoys being immersed in other cultures.
