Mathisha Panagoda is a senior associate in the insurance team.
Mathisha has represented both plaintiff and defendant clients in litigated proceedings across most Australian jurisdictions and in the Royal Commission into Institutional Responses to Child Sexual Abuse. His clients include schools and religious institutions for whom he acts on a wide range of matters.
Mathisha's areas of expertise include litigation, compensation, alternative dispute resolution, not-for-profit, intellectual property and entertainment law.
Mathisha holds a Master of Laws and was admitted to practice in 2013. In addition to his legal qualifications, Mathisha holds a Bachelor of Music (Hons), and is an accomplished cellist and founder of the Sydney Camerata.
