Leanne Dearlove is a senior associate in the employment and safety team. Leanne has experience representing, advising and assisting employers with various workplace relations matters.

Her practice areas include employee misconduct and performance concerns, managing ill and injured workers, discrimination and general protections matters, assisting with administrative decision making processes, anti-bullying claims and contract drafting. She represents employers and insurers in a variety of workplace claims and investigations, including those involving alleged sexual harassment, bullying, safety issues and child protection issues.  

Leanne has experience working with insurers and their insureds to resolve or defend claims arising under employment practices liability (EPL) policies. 

Leanne was admitted to practice in 2013. She holds a Bachelor of Laws and completed a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from The College of Law.
Leanne joined Colin Biggers & Paisley in 2018.
