Laura Tulloch is special counsel in the insurance practice in Melbourne.
Laura has experience in insurance claims including professional indemnity, public liability and general liability claims. Laura has acted in a variety of claims primarily involving personal injury and property damage and industrial diseases (asbestos) claims.
Laura works on professional indemnity claims assisting with various organisations and associations from sporting clubs, car park managers, builders, head contractors, building managers and cleaning contractors.
In addition, Laura has a particular interest in medical malpractice claims. She represents a range of allied health professionals and assists them to respond to complaints and investigations brought against them by the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency and the Health Complaints Commissioner, to defend litigated negligence claims, and to respond to coronial Inquests.
Laura was admitted as a solicitor in Victoria in 2013 and has appeared in the Magistrates', County and Supreme Court in Victoria. She is also admitted to practice in the Federal Court and High Court of Australia.
Laura joined Colin Biggers & Paisley in 2014.
