Gabrielle Morris

Gabrielle Morris is a senior associate in Colin Biggers & Paisley's insurance practice.

Gabrielle has diverse experience acting for insurers across simple and complex professional indemnity and general liability claims.

Gabrielle has defended professional indemnity claims against a range of professionals and organisations, including nursing home operators, disability care providers, hospitals and real estate agents, as well as medical malpractice claims against psychologists, chiropractors, optometrists and other allied health professionals. She also acts for commercial property owners, property managers, occupiers, contractors and host employers in relation to general liability matters, and has experience in the conduct of catastrophic injury claims. In addition, Gabrielle advises insurers in relation to coverage disputes and policy interpretation. 
 
Gabrielle also advises in the disciplinary space on the conduct and performance of regulated/licensed professionals, as well as representing health professionals and organisations in Coronial Inquests.
Gabrielle was admitted to practice in 2017 and has a combined Law and Commerce degree. Gabrielle joined Colin Biggers & Paisley in 2018.
