Elyse Di Stefano is a senior associate in the property and development group at Colin Biggers & Paisley.

Elyse has acted in acquisitions and disposals of commercial and retail assets within New South Wales, and has acted for numerous institutional landlords in commercial, industrial and retail leasing.

Elyse has also gained experience in acting for hotel owners and international hotel operators in the preparation and negotiation of hotel management agreements both within Australia and internationally.

Elyse was admitted into practice in New South Wales in 2018, and joined Colin Biggers & Paisley in 2019. Prior to joining the practice, Elyse was a Tipstaff for a judge at the Supreme Court of New South Wales. In 2019, Elyse was recognised as a Rising Star by one of her major leasing clients Goodman at their Legal Services Awards. In 2020, Elyse was nominated for the Lawyers Weekly 30 Under 30 Awards in the Real Estate category, which recognises leading young lawyers in their fields. Also in 2020, Elyse was awarded NSW Young Lawyer of the Month by NSW Young Lawyers in which she is actively involved.

Elyse also holds a Bachelor of Arts majoring in political and international relations, and is currently the Chair of the Property Law Sub-Committee of NSW Young Lawyers and a representative on the Property Law Committee of the Law Society of NSW.
