Douglas Prime

Douglas Prime is a senior associate in the construction and engineering team.

Douglas' main area of practice is in dispute resolution, including litigation, adjudication, expert determination and mediation. 

Douglas has acted on a number of complex disputes on behalf of principals, contractors, and sub-contractors, and has experience assisting with contract claims and disputes arising from a variety of building and infrastructure projects around Australia. He has appeared in the Supreme Court of NSW, District Court of NSW and the NSW Civil & Administrative Tribunal.

Douglas joined Colin Biggers & Paisley in 2017 and was admitted to practice in New South Wales in 2018.
