Cammie has a broad experience in undertaking complex property transactions, including a wide variety of property subdivisions for land and build form property, the acquisition and sale of commercial and residential properties, and the project financing of residential and land developments.
Cammie has acted on numerous property development matters, including site acquisitions for property developments and development agreements involving display homes.
Cammie has also assisted high-net-worth private lenders and investors in relation to the investment and financing of property developments and construction projects. Cammie has due diligence experience, including preparing, negotiating and advising on finance documents, and sale agreements from a commercial perspective.
Cammie's experience in property and banking and finance gives her a unique ability to provide tailored advice to her clients that focuses on both commercial and financial solutions.
She was admitted to the Supreme Court of Victoria in 2014. Cammie joined Colin Biggers & Paisley in 2022.
