Angela Spear is a senior associate in the property and development team in Brisbane and has over 10 years' experience in the property industry.
She has significant experience in property development and acts for several long-standing large property developer clients.
Angela takes a hands-on role with all property aspects of her clients' operations, from due diligence and acquisition of development sites, through to supervising and managing the bulk lot conveyancing upon completion of developments.
In addition to her focus on property development, Angela also acts for a wide range of private clients, local governments and registered charities in relation to property acquisitions and disposals, commercial and retail leasing, reconfigurations of land, and commercial and residential conveyancing.
In the 2024 edition of The Best Lawyers in Australia, Angela is listed in the Ones to Watch category for Real Property Law.
Angela is admitted to practice in Queensland and she has been with Colin Biggers & Paisley since it launched into the Queensland market in November 2013.
