Colin Biggers & Paisley announces senior construction and engineering appointment

Colin Biggers & Paisley is pleased to announce the appointment of senior associate Basel Houchar to its construction and engineering team in Sydney.

Basel's expertise has been developed while acting for head contractors and subcontractors, as well as principals, developers and owners in both front-end and back-end construction and infrastructure matters, including all aspects of contract management and disputes. He has worked on a number of high-profile infrastructure projects, and through his previous position with the Australian Building and Construction Commission he brings expertise in Building Code compliance.

Partner Brad Kermond, who leads the firm's construction and engineering team, said that Basel's appointment will help to further solidify Colin Biggers & Paisley's reputation as a trusted advisor to the construction and engineering industries.
